Video playing audio with no visual

It has been brought to our attention that the latest update for iTunes / QuickTime may cause some users to experience a problem viewing video footage on their USB. This has been identified as a problem by Apple who have recommended the simple fix of un-istalling and re-installing iTunes.

Official ECB statement: Some users installing iTunes 11.1.14 will experience issues as Apple have recognised an issue in the install process affecting some but not all users. Typically this will be a DLL missing error on start. Unfortunately the file lost by the iTunes bad install is needed by Howzat and the issue will lead to Videos not playing correctly (sound but no video). The fix is on the Apple website and involves completely uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it. Please see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923
