Installation error ÔÇô Wrong Volume

If you receive the following error during installation┬á“the wrong volume is in the drive please insert Disk 1 into┬áDrive D”. This issue has generally been found on PCs running Windows XP.

Please follow these steps carefully.

1. Ensure you have the latest service pack installed (Service Pack 3 – http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322389)

1a. We recommend you use a utility such as CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) to ensure you PC is in good health and free from registry errors.

1b. If you receive this error at the end of the Installation. Insert Disk1 back into the DVD Drive and click ‘Continue’. The installation is complete and clicking┬á’Continue’┬áwill close this screen.

Important Note: DO NOT RESTART THE INSTALLATION IF PROMPTED

2. If the installation still experiences errors, copy the contents of  both DVDs into a temporary folder on your PC desktop and run the installation from here.

These Installation files can be deleted after the successful installation is complete.
